Matcha contains natural caffeine, which is slowly released over time. That means you’ll have sustained energy throughout your day — without any energy crashes or jitters.
ZEN MATCHA ENERGY BARS

Makes 1 serving
- 1 tsp Zen Matcha Mix
- 3/4 cup cashews
- 3/4 cup pitted dates
- 1/4 cup oats.
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 lime, zest
- Line a baking pan with parchment pepper.
- Place all of the ingredient in a food processor and pulse until u have a sticky dough.
- Spoon the mixture into the baking pan and press down evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into bars.
