Who doesn't love oatmeal for breakfast (and even dinner)! Nothing is more relaxing than a bowl of hot oatmeal — especially golden glow turmeric oatmeal made with our Golden Glow mix.
What we love most about this turmeric oatmeal is the warming flavors of ginger and cinnamon, which are natural anti-inflammatories. I also get the added bonus of ashwagandha, which naturally calms my nerves and puts me in a zen-like state.

FOREST MIX USED - ORGANIC GOLDEN GLOW SUPERFOOD  OATMEAL

Recipe type - Dinner & Breakfast

Makes 1 serving

 

Ingredients:

1 cup oat milk (or milk of choice)

1 tbsp Raw honey

1/2 tsp Golden Glow Superfood

Small pinch sea salt

2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (optional)

     

    Directions:

    1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, raw honey, spices, Golden Glow mix and salt. Whisk until no clumps remain. Bring to a boil.
    2. Stir in oats, reduce heat to low and cook until thickened about 5-10 minutes.
    3. Add desired toppings and enjoy
