This jam is free from any added sugars or artificial ingredients - oh and with the superfood boost from our Forever Young  blend.

 

Forest mix used- Forever Young

Makes 1 serving

Recipe type - Smart Snacks

 

INGREDIENTS:

- 1tbsp. Forever young
- 2 cups of frozen berries
- 1/2 of a juiced lemon
- 1tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1tbsp. of chia seeds 

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Add the berries and coconut sugar to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat. Then simmer until soft and warm. 
  2. Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients. 
  3. Add the mixture to a glass jar or a bottle and place in the refrigerator to set. 
  4. Leave for at least 5hours and then enjoy a slice of toast with some nut butter. yum!
