BERRY CHIA JAM

This jam is free from any added sugars or artificial ingredients - oh and with the superfood boost from our Forever Young blend.

Makes 1 serving
Recipe type - Smart Snacks
- 1tbsp. Forever young
- 2 cups of frozen berries
- 1/2 of a juiced lemon
- 1tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1tbsp. of chia seeds
- Add the berries and coconut sugar to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat. Then simmer until soft and warm.
- Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
- Add the mixture to a glass jar or a bottle and place in the refrigerator to set.
- Leave for at least 5hours and then enjoy a slice of toast with some nut butter. yum!
