Golden Glow Soup

Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

- 1/2-pound pasta

- 1 Serving Organic Golden glow

- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive

- 1 onion chopped

- 3 garlic cloves minced

- 2 cups squash peeled and cubed

- 3 bunch spinach chopped

- 1 15 oz cup butter beans drained

- 1 15 ounce) cup chickpeas drained

- 1 carrot peeled and chopped

- 1/2 cup green peas

- 3 tomatoes chopped

- 1/2 teaspoon salt


DIRECTIONS:

  1. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  2. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  3. Crushed red pepper and black pepper to taste N
  4. Vegan parmesan for garnish (made by combining 1 cup ground cashews, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3 tablespoons seeds)
