ZEN MATCHA SMOOTHIE
Makes 1 serving
Recipe type - Breakfast
- 1 serving Zen Matcha mix
- ½ cup (coconut)yogurt
- ½ cup plant-based milk
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 mango
- The juice and zest of 1/2 lime
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Add your toppings of your choice (like fruit, berries, nuts or granola).
