PLANT PROTEIN BREAKFAST RECIPE

Makes 1 serving

Recipe type - Snacks

 

Ingredients:

- 1 serving of Plant protein

- 1 banana

- 1/2 cup oats


Optional:

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp vanilla powder

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat waffle maker and spray with coconut oil.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the waffle maker and cook until done.
  4. Continue cooking 1/4 cup of batter at a time.
  5. This recipe creates -4 mini waffles, and you can easily double/triple the recipe for more!
  6. Serve with berries (I microwaved a mix of frozen berries), raw honey, or your favorite waffle toppings!
