LEAN PROTEIN BARS

These bars are made with our Lean Protein Mix which is a unique mix of both Pea and brown rice Protein, combined with our raw, organic superfoods Alfaalfa, Moringa, pumpkin seeds, wheat grass, chia seeds and Spirulina.

 

LEAN PROTEIN BARS

Makes 1 Serving

Recipe type - Snacks

 

Ingredients:

- 1 serving lean Protein mix

- 5 dates

- 1 banana

- 1 handful buckwheat flakes

- 1 handful puffed quinoa

- 2 tablespoons goji berries

- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

- 2 tablespoons mullberries

- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds

- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped cashews

- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped walnuts

- 1 tablespoon flax seeds

- 1 tablespoon raw honey


Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a blender, blend bananas and dates.
  3. Stir the wet paste with the dry ingredients using a fork.
  4. Pour the batter onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Enjoy!
