GOLDEN GLOW ENERGY BALLS INGREDIENTS

Recipe type - Snacks
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp Forest Golden Glow mix
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 / 4/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup oats
- Shredded coconut (optional)
Directions:
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until sticky
- Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, if desired.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge
- For up to 5 days.
