GOLDEN GLOW ENERGY BALLS INGREDIENTS

Makes 1 serving

Recipe type - Snacks

 

Ingredients:

- 2 tsp Forest Golden Glow mix

- 1 cup pitted dates

- 1/2 cup almonds

- 1 / 4/4 cup walnuts

- 1/4 cup shredded carrot

- 1/4 cup oats

- Shredded coconut (optional)


Directions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until sticky
  2. Using your hands, roll the mixture into balls. Roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, if desired.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge
  4. For up to 5 days.
