We're seeing green with this pesto toast 😍

You can't go wrong with homemade pesto, but you can definitely go RIGHT with adding our Super greens powder to it for added nutrients and detoxifying goodies 🌱

 

SUPER GREENS PESTO TOAST

Makes 1 serving

Recipe type - Lunch / Dinner

 

Ingredients:

- Large bunch of fresh basil leaves.

- 2/3 cup of Cashews or Macadamia Nuts.

- 2 tbsp Super greens Powder.

- 2 cloves garlic.

- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast .

- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.

- 3-4 tablespoons water .

- Pink salt and pepper to taste.


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jBlend everything except the water into a high-speed blender or food processor, and blend it up you may need to scrape the side as you go.
  2. If it's too thick then slowly add in water, 1tbsp at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Add more salt or pepper if needed.
  4. Spread on your favorite toast, mix into pasta, or use as a dip!
