Shipping:

We dispatch the product within 48 working hours after the order has been placed. You will be given an indication of the expected delivery time when you place your order online. FOREST is responsible for each order in transit up until it is delivered to you.

Delivery Charges: 

There are no shipping charges within India but international shipping will be charged, as on actual basis.

Delivery Time: 

This may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistics partner. However we endeavor to deliver orders within 5 to 7 Business days (excludes public holidays)

Just let us know within 30 Days of receiving your delivery.

Simply follow these easy steps:

1. Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open boxes/bags you’ll be returning.
2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
4. We will initiate your refund within 48 hours of receiving your package. 

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase?

You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to make it right.

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each flavor + shipping and handling + sales tax. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed.
