Our Story

Rajat had been fit, healthy, and active all his life up until he suddenly found himself diagnosed with high cholesterol and suffering from back pain, to the point where even just getting through the day was a struggle. After many tests, he was eventually diagnosed with High Cholesterol – an autoimmune condition that can only be managed by following a strict gluten-free diet for life.

 Since then, they’ve never looked back!

My Goal

My Goal for people to understand the patterns of forest protocols (Food, Oxygen, Rest, Exercise, Sleep, Total integration of mind body n soul) patterns to thrive not just survive.

Our Vision

My vision is to create a system and understanding for every human on the planet to live a fuller, higher quality life in their 70s, 80s, 90s, and even in their 100s. This would be a self-sustained system achieved by increasing health span, not just life span.

As science continues to provide evidence, it's becoming clear that plants, superfoods, and whole foods contain various phytochemicals and compounds that can actually reverse the damage caused by our poor lifestyle choices in the past (since the body is highly regenerative). These nutrients can also slow down the current pace of aging and its associated damages, and may even reverse some effects in the coming decades.
